I’m Shannon.

I provide nutrition, running and lifestyle coaching to folks who have been trying to outrun weight gain all their lives.

I know how frustrating it can feel to do everything right; eat less, exercise more… and still gain weight. I know what it’s like to train really hard and still feel like the slowest, weakest one in the group. But all that has changed and now I’ve created EverBetterLife.net to show you that your health and fitness don’t need to diminish with age. In fact - you can improve more than you thought possible.

You can live a more vibrant and beautiful life - worrying about your diet less and enjoying your runs more !

Shannon’s plans and suggestions were a monumental support to my racing and my running in general. I will carry her advice forward into my training from now on!

I never thought that I’d call myself a runner. When I decided to give it a try, Shannon coached me thoughtfully, building my stamina in a way that I finished a run with energy and satisfaction, and most importantly, injury free.
